Why The Hell Did Vince McMahon Hire Back The Big Valbowsky Val Venis?

Out of all of the old school wrestlers from yesteryear that Vince could have brought back, he chose to bring back a jobber like Val Venis which most WWE fans do not give a damn about. Vince McMahon is too cheap to bring back a big name from the past like a Bill Goldberg for example.
