Why is my 10 month old puppy still going in the house?

We got our husky when he was 3 months old and immediately started housebreaking. He still will occasionally poop and pee in the house. Since we got a new puppy mate for him we have been taking them both out every 3-4 hours so there is no excuse as to why our husky is still going inside. Any advice??
