Anti-spin Posi traction on a 96 Ford F-150?

If you go to an auto wrecker and find a diff embly that is posi and will fit you can do it just a bit of work .I put a posi diff in my chevy van did it in one weekend .Make sure you get all the parts you need like U bolts for the springs if you have leaf springs,and the rest is just bull work.Good luck.PS the diff cost $80.00 CDN with 90 day warranty.
