Chances are that if he has done pain pills for a year everyday then he is addicted to them and yes there are tons of side effects he is eating the lining of his stomach out he is creating a huge problem for his nasal cavities not to mention if he can go without them he will go through major DT'S you need to google addicted to pain pills and read it. if he doesn't get a hold on it now it can ruin his whole in-tire life pot is one thing and experimenting is one thing but when it becomes to everyday a pill then that's a problem. Not to mention the fact your asking means you sort of know there is a problem.
