Of all the unconstitutional things the fed. govt. has done over the last 40 years: which is worse?

We can go back even further then 40 years to find Unconstitutional acts...like the war of northern aggression and the forced rejoining of the south to the union after the Chief justice of the supreme court told abe that they had the legal right to leave. It's been down hill ever since.
