What happens if i walk out on my job?

what will happen if i walk out on my job,i have taken holidays that i haven't accrued yet? what happens if i just walk out, the reason i'm thinking of doing this, is coz my boss is a bully and picks on me every chance she gets, i have reported her but nowt gets done, apart from that my hours where cut,they piled so much more work on me and i cant keep up....but i want just leave cos i have had enough of it.but worried about these holidays
