I have a major dilemma plsss guide......?

Ok so i am 20 and had given management exams this year.Now my cat score was ok but wasnt good enuf to get me to the top 10 colleges.i didnt apply to many colleges thru xat.anyways finally now i have isbm pune and siescom in hand for marketing.now i have also applied for iimc as i am a m comm student.the prob is i dont wanna go to the not so great instutute and only wanna study in the best but i cant affprd to lose another year and working is not an option r8 now.So what do i do?the two colleges have a good reputation state wise and placements wise also they are good but studying at xlri is always better.so wat do i do?i dont think i have it in me to again drop and give cat cause there is no guarantee i'l get thru the next time considering the tough competition,also i dont wanna lose another year ,but still i wanna study in the best institute .wat do i do?i am ****** up r8 now...
