My 14week old baby boy has 4X8oz feeds a day but he brings nearly all the bottle back,y cant he keep it down.?

ive taken him to my gp numerous times an he just says he's a sicky baby! he's gaining weight slowly and seems fine in himself smiling cooing etc,can any one give me any advice as this is getting me down.thanks nikki.
