Do I have a Blood Clot?

Don't be scared, I don't think you have a blood clot. To identify if someone has a blood clot, the person would complain of pain or tenderness in one of their legs, considerable swelling to the point of the affected leg is bigger than the other, hot to touch and a change in colour occasionally. You normally find them in the veins in your calf, although they can start in the thigh. Try not to worry, blood clots at your age are rare and its only as you get older. Blood clots form when there is no movement for a long long period of time (like on long haul flights) due to the blood pooling in the vessels in your leg and begin to clot, and once you would start moving again, the clots move aswell. So its not really possible to get one unless you are immobile and require to take anti coagulants.
