JetBlue personnel issues?

I fly weekly, usually American but when I can get a direct flight I fly JetBlue out of their Long Beach hub... All businesses have some personnel issues. But experienced flight attendants are very willing to leave their pensions and join JetBlue. That says to me that they are looked after pretty well and personnel issues are not a dominating problem with the company.
