Help! Is this wood boat worth saving?

Now I've learned that my clic wooden hulled sailboat has not had bottom paint for approx 10 years. There is heavy growth on her hull below the waterline; below deck interior looks good. I plan to have a diver sc and inspect her hull and place new zincs until I can haul out for a closer inspection. I would like to restore the boat, but now am queasy about the length of time in the water without being repainted. Any suggestions?
