Are there any legitimate home remedies to treat hirsuties coronae glandis?

I'm 15 and I've never had , but have had small protrusions on the ring of my for a long time. Today I decided to check what it was, and discovered it was something called "Hirsuties coronae glandis." Apparently it's common amongst many others, but the treatment requires medical attention and is outrageously expensive - as if the embarrment of going to a clinic to have it treated wasn't enough. I was just wondering if anyone has the same issue and had discovered a way to treat the thing at home. Legitimate input appreciated!
